1. now i wonder if its possible to make a second line in the navigation menu
( usercp - faq,...)

so i can add new links into it

how do i do that?

2. In the past on phpbb i used XS Nav Menus , is there a similar mod in vbulletin? or a way i can add blocks on the left side on my forum? (last post scroll, login block,...)

That style is not designed to have more than one line of navigation menu, but vBulletin uses popups for menu, so you can group menu items in popups. Look in "header" template.

2. Not that I know of.
