Action Required to Activate Membership

I was trying to modify the "Action Required to Activate Membership....." email the user receives to confirm registration. I did a search for words “Action Required” and I think I found it in the language something-or-other and I did find the line of text I wanted to edit. I edited the text and saved it. It changed the text correctly in the email that it’s sent but I screwed the format up in the whole email that is sent. I only changed two words and it was in the ACP but I can’t get back to that language file or area that I edited. I can’t find it. I even did a restore from a backup and that didn’t fix it. It must have changed a file in the MySQL database because I did a text search for it and can’t find it.

Any clue where the confirmation form that’s sent users is?
