CA Evo Issue

Hello,
I downloaded the very nice CA Evo from stsoftware. I extracted the file, then uploaded the entire thing into my forum/images directory (where all my styles were). Then I installed the fixed style, and here is what it looks like:

Why aren't the rounded corners and whatnot showing up, only the actual colors? What am I doing wrong and how can I correct this?

You uploaded images incorrectly. All images should be in subdirectories of images/ca_evo2/

Ah, thanks. My fault.

Also, if you look at my forum here, you see there is 2 navbars:

When I go here with the new style, it removes a navbar:
http://www.speedsolving.com/index.php?styleid=9

How do I fix this? Thanks again.

You added second navbar by editing navbar template in your old style, so you should do the same for this style, except that navbar code in evo is in header template.

Okay. Is there a way to automatically take the template changes from my default template and bring them into the new template? I want to put about 15 new styles up, and that means editing about 5 different things manually for each template. Thanks

Another question, if you look at the style and banner, the banner is running out of the box on the top:
