some problem in NEWREPLY when i install vb 3.6.8
HELP ME

troy-that's not a very specific help request. "some problem" doesn't tell us much. ;)

the vb styles here have not yet been updated for 3.68. of the template changes with the current version, there is one required one that keeps the quick replay box from being tiny. if you look on vbulletin.com, it will show you specifically what is changed in the template edits. look at the "madatory" edit to see if that may be your issue. if so, you can do that one edit and probably still use the skin until the new version is done.

good luck!

I did an upgrade on a site that uses a theme-base from another developer, and noticed several alerts before the theme was updated. I was able to do the vb and theme upgrade at the same time.

I'm aware that only one change is required, but there are concerns with going through the vb upgrade without a corresponding theme for the new version. Especially on an extremely busy site. If a problem arises, the blame is going to be placed on one of several templates that need updating.

Please provide a timeframe.

i understand your concerns and share them, as i'm waiting for serenity updates myself. i personally don't have a timeframe, as i'm a user like yourself. just trying to provide whatever input i could.
