Acidtech theme install over modded exisiting theme

Hi i have Subsilver installed with some mods for file attaching and other stuff. Will i need to redo all these scripts if i was to install the Acidtech theme?

You will need to make the same changes to AcidTech that you made to subSilver When you installed the mods
