I got this after installing the simple subforums mod.

edit have fixed this error now...

I still can't get my admin index page to show though. Any ideas? All the links work in admin panel but the admin index page shows up blank.

Probably you haven't uploaded some files, or messed up those files while uploading. Check admin/index.php, admin/admin_pagestart.php, templates/*/admin/index_*.tpl

ahh thank you. It was the index_body page.
