Need Help with Mods

I just switched from Freeforums, and noticed my Admnistrator panel has changed. How do I add mods?

Let me try and answer my own question. Since i'm getting Zero replies. I download what ever mod I want, then follow the install directions that come with that mod, is that correct? This means the mods are embedded in the script, and the will be no more mod control panel, is this correct. or can I add one?

There is no mod control panel in phpBB, it was a feature of forum hosting service you were using.

You don't need that feature. Its great for forum hosting service where one set of files is used for thousands of forums so admins could choose which mods to use, but when you host forum yourself you have full access to files and database so you can install/uninstall mods you want at any time.
