I just upload a phpBB forum..I did find the skin I wanted but how do I make the forum smaller in the middle and add spaces on the side for adds? and why my logo doesn't look right? and can we add new feature to this kind of forums? Please help...:o

Your logo doesn't look right because its too big, so its being resized. You need to make smaller logo.

To change width edit width of first table in overall_header.tpl

ok..thanks..I will try that..can you tell me were is the setting to let people be able to post pics in the forum...and can I be checky and ask how can I had sponsored spaces for adverts at the sides of the forum...thanks for your time:o

There isn't one in phpBB 2. You can add it separately by installing attachment mod that you can download on phpbb.com (see customisation page), or you can upgrade to phpBB 3 that has that feature built in.
