I need help adding new skin/ themes to my forum

I'm DarkPacMan77, administrator of pspbrew.com (the brewology). I'm here because I cannot find out how to add a new theme to my site. I'm using a slightly older version of phpBB2, so if I could get tips on how to install a new phpBB and how to install a new skin/ theme, I'd be highly appreciative.
