Mass e-mail error AcidTech phpbb3 RC8

Hi, I had to do a few mods to this theme becuase when I logged out, I coudn't get back in.

When I try and mass e-mail individuals, I immediately get these errors:

I really love this template otherwise, it fits perfectly for our organization.

Any help guys?? We used to use mass email for weekly information, so its killin me to email individually.

That error has absolutely nothing to do with template. You've messed up includes/functions.php when modding it.
