Getting rid or "::Inex" in title bar

I can't seem to figure out where I need to go in order to change the title bar. Right now it reads Long Island Baseball Directory :: Index. I want to get rid of the ::Index.

I searched my files for index.htm and came across a couple of files, renamed them, refreshed my browser but it didn't work.

I figured it out! I replaced {TITLE} with {SITE_DESCRIPTION} in overall_header.tpl.

BUT....

The whole look of the forum changed! My logo was gone and the little phpbb tent logo was back! Good thing that I saved the orignal file before I changed it so I have changed it back to having :: Index

Why did that happen?
