Vision Theme problem

Hi, here the picture "BEFORE" the original theme and "AFTER" what I want to do...how I can make all those changes because I tried a lot of thinks and I passed 1 complet day on that and nothing happen.

Trying to remove designer's copyright? You won't get any help with that here because I have absolutely no respect for assholes who don't respect designers. You got that style for free, so least you can do is keep designer's copyright.
