Change section row height

I have looked through everything that I know to look through, but I can't seem to find a setting. I am trying to change the height of all of the rows of threads/sections. Right now, all the threads and sections are so close together, the forum is half the size I want it to be in height. Here is a forum I found that has the effect that I want.

As you can see, each section listing has a good gap before the next section is listed. Where can I edit this height so it is similar to that website?

I am using acidtech as my style, if that helps any.

I know that is not, but I referenced it because it has a feature that I want to have in acidtech.

I want to know how to make each section, like "General forum," have that large height to it. It has several spaces before the next section is listed. It makes it much easier to click the individual sections and not look so crammed together.
